WMU customers may request a water leak inspection to be performed at their home. The service fee of $20.00 will be billed on their next combined utility bill.

All Leak inspections are subject to a service fee of $20.00 which will be added on the next combined utility bill. After this request is received, a Customer Service Representative (CSR) will contact you to arrange a time and date for the inspection and send an email to confirm the appointment. You must be present at the appointment time, failure to appear at agreed upon time will result in an additional $20.00 charge. *

I agree to the above terms and conditions, including a service fee of $20.00 and a no show fee of an additional $20.00 if I am not present at agreed upon appointment time.
